Process designer is also useful in changing processes time to time. Typical workflow for designing processes start with preparation of checklist / forms. Process workflow engine is used to arrange those forms in predefined workflow by linking respective page at respective state / level of workflow. Business rules, alerts and location intelligence can be configured and linked with workflow state / level. Users are defined and mapped with rights to access information along with workflow state / level. Once configuration of workflow is completed then application is published.
